The band released 2 EP CDs, 1 split 7-inch, and one double 7-inch record on RoosterCow Records before disbanding in 2004. They also ventured forth outside of Chicagoland to play shows in Richmond, VA, Denver &Fort Collins, CO, Kansas City, KS, Cincinnati & Columbus, OH Milwaukee & Madison, WI, and St. The band played locally in Chicago for four years, playing the usual dives and opening for Cheetah Chrome, Cobre Verde, TV Smith from The Adverts, and many more. RNCD took the sound and excitement of 80s LA Punk and the hooks of a straight-up pop-rock band, mixed it with a little art rock and let it ride. ![]() Hit Licker lasted a month or two before dissolving amicably and RNCD formed with Carol Bales on bass, and Jen Charles moving to guitar. The band originally formed as Hit Licker with Todd "T-Bux" Uzel and Chris Auman ( Team Satan) on guitar, Jen Charles on bass, and Steve Kiraly on drums. ![]() Reagan National Crash Diet (aka RNCD, Nash Crash, The Reagans) was a band active in Chicago from 2000 to 2004.
